The Endoscopy Group work specifically with NHS Trusts across the United Kingdom by targeting their additional capacity and maximising their ability to managing excess patient waiting lists. Our Services including but are not limited to all forms of Endoscopy, specialising in the following areas:

• Paediatric Endoscopy
• Adult Endoscopy
• Colonoscopy
• Flexible Sigmoidoscopy
• Oesophago-Gastro-Duodenoscopy (Gastroscopy)
• Bronchoscopy
• Cystoscopy

This process is achieved by liaising with senior management within your trust and establishing a list of current issues that you are experiencing and what impact this may have on your department.

An initial review is completed on your hospitals Endoscopy Units, where our senior clinical team visit and carry out an inspection, further fine details are gathered and in-depth policies are designed to ensure that patient safety is the number one factor and that our staff are ready to start and understand all operational guidelines.

Our senior management team will then further review your current list of patients waiting for their procedures and a plan of action is put together as to how we can combat these numbers and in what time scales while providing a safe and effective service.

Further review meetings are completed throughout the term of the service, this includes audits at the end of each month to feedback information such as number of successfully completed patients and to provide any further patient feedback.
