The Endoscopy Group are the market leading offering of insourced services helping the NHS hit their waiting list targets.

Founded in 2014 with a combined experience of over 40 year’s experience in the Medical Industry, The Endoscopy Group set out to help revolutionise the Endoscopy services that were offered by NHS Trusts, Typically trusts across the country are struggling to manage and maintain their waiting list numbers and are being fined up to £1000 per patient for patients waiting over the targets set by NHS England.

The Endoscopy Group provides a fully comprehensive service in order to assist your organisation in running a true seven day NHS Endoscopy Service.

We have seen great results from organisations using our services, the increase in capacity allows trusts more breathing space, allowing them to spend more time developing their services and less time worrying about fines.

This process is achieved by liaising with senior management within your trust and establishing a list of current issues that you are experiencing and what impact this may have on your department.

An initial review is completed on your hospitals Endoscopy Units, where our senior clinical team visit and carry out an inspection, further fine details are gathered and in-depth policies are designed to ensure that patient safety is the number one factor and that our staff are ready to start and understand all operational guidelines.

Our senior management team will then further review your current list of patients waiting for their procedures and a plan of action is put together as to how we can combat these numbers and in what time scales while providing a safe and effective service.

Further review meetings are completed throughout the term of the service, this includes audits at the end of each month to feed back information such as number of successfully completed patients and to provide any further patient feedback.
